4. Health, Hygiene & Nutrition

Health program is conducted to provide primary health care services and increase access to health services by the poor, particularly by women suffering from different forms of exclusion. Its health program focuses on ANC, PNC, safe child delivery, personal hygiene, use of safe water, diarrhoea prevention, exclusive breast feeding, immunization, adolescent health. Hygiene program is conducted to provide courtyard meeting on personal hygiene, hand washing session, latrine ring-slab distribution, Hat-bazar latrine distribution, School latrine installation, menstrual hygiene session, hygienic latrine, safe and drinking water supply through tube-well installation etc. and Nutrition program is conducted to learning session on nutrition, homestead gardening, soybean demonstration, supplementary food and cooking-feeding demonstration, arrange school students quiz, drawing and essay completion on nutrition, Arrange District and Upazila nutrition coordination meeting, etc.
