 Objectives of the project:

The objective of the project is to protect the hazardous Child labour and perform positive role to prevent child labour in hazardous work through application of Child Rights Protection Policy in existing activities.

Activities of the project:

• Community Meeting;
• Meeting with political leader,
• Rally for legal wages,
• Formation of Child Rights Protection Committee (CRPC)
• Formation of Child Rights Protection Forum( CRPF)
• Monthly Meeting with CRPC members
• Quarterly Meeting with CRPF members.
• Day observation,
• Different types of workshop conduction
• Monitoring to hotel and garage to see the hazardous work for the children.                                                                                                                   

Project Locations: 04 Union of Birgonj Upazilla under Dinajpur district .

No. of Project Participants: 900  hazardous children.

Project duration: January 2007 to June 2009.
